One of the trickiest things to do when building your platform and encouraging potential clients to get on board with your services is to get them to know you, like you, and trust you.
Knowing is half the battle; the internet is a LARGE place and if you can't stand out, you're doomed. But then, AFTER people know you, you still have to get them to like you AND THEN trust you enough to buy your services.
(I'm exhausted just thinking about it!)
Building a community is hard work, and to do it well, at least in the beginning, you need to be three things:
Authentic. Generous. Available.
Live events are, in my opinion, the BEST method of getting all three of these qualities across, because people can feel your authenticity, how generous you are, and how available you make yourself after a live event.
In this video, I'm going to tell you a little bit about WHY this is important and HOW you can be these three things at your live event.
In the comments below, tell me an experience that you created where you feel like you were one of those above things (authentic, generous, or available) and tell me about the feedback that you got. Did it lead to more sales? Higher engagement? I can't wait to hear from you!
