This week, I talked to Sas Petherick, thought wrangler and coach, who describes her business as big-hearted, bullshit-free, cognitive coaching for REAL women. Sas is also a mastermind behind the Redfox Retreats, which is a soul-explosion experience that takes place every fall in the English countryside.
I was really excited to talk to Sas because I know longer retreats are something that many of you crave to do, but aren't quite sure how to start. Sas, Megan and Susannah are a perfect example of knowing in their heart of hearts that they wanted to do something amazing for their dream clients, not exactly knowing how it would play out, but trusting that with the right team and the right support, they could make it happen.
In this interview, you'll find out:
•How Sas and her co-leaders came up with the idea of Red Fox Retreats
•How long it took them from concept to execution
•How they found their lovely Georgian retreat home (without hours of venue tours and website searching)
•Why it was super important for them to hire the exact right caterer
•How they practically sold out their weeklong retreat the first time they opened its doors
•How they took care of themselves while being surrounded by clients and friends that did tough emotional and spiritual work for a whole week (read: not easy stuff!)
(Warning: The sound quality isn't my favorite, but I thought it was too good not to share!)
Okay, now it's your turn. In the comments below, tell me:
1. If you could have a weeklong retreat anywhere in the world, where would it be?
2. What would you want to teach your dream clients during a one week retreat?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
